The resort reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking in
case of incorrect details, misuse, overbooking or unavoidable
circumstances.
3. Payments & Tariffs
Room tariffs, meal prices and taxes may change without prior notice.
The applicable rate is the one shown at the time of your booking.
For direct bookings, an advance payment is usually required

during the stay.
We may accept UPI, bank transfer, cash and cards (where available).
Some offers may be valid only on specific payment modes.
For detailed rules on refunds, please also refer to our

Early check-in or late check-out is purely subject to availability
and may attract additional charges.
Management reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid ID is not
produced or if details do not match the booking.
5. Occupancy & Extra Guests
Each room type has a maximum occupancy. Additional guests may be
allowed only with prior permission and may be chargeable.
Children’s policies (age, extra bed, meals) may vary by package and
must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Visitors not staying at the property may be allowed for limited
time only with prior intimation to the staff.
6. Guest Behaviour & Responsibilities

Any loud music, parties, alcohol consumption or behaviour
causing disturbance to other guests or neighbours may lead to
cancellation of stay without refund.
Damage to property (rooms, furniture, linen, electronics, décor,
etc.) will be chargeable as per actual repair or replacement cost.
Use of illegal substances, unlawful activities or violation of local
laws is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Food, Kitchen & Outside Food
Food is prepared in our in-house kitchen as per our menu and
availability of ingredients.
Outside food delivery may or may not be allowed, depending on
management policy and hygiene standards.
Guests with specific allergies or dietary restrictions should
clearly inform the staff in advance. We will try to help, but cannot
guarantee full elimination of allergens.
8. Events, Functions & Group Bookings
For events (birthdays, anniversaries, corporate meets, etc.), a
separate written understanding / package may be shared.
Decoration, music, DJ, live performance or special setups must be
pre-approved by the management and may be chargeable.
Any extra services (photography, sound, external vendors) should be
coordinated with our team to ensure safety and compliance.
9. Safety, Security & Personal Belongings
While reasonable care is taken for safety, guests are responsible
for their own belongings (cash, jewellery, electronics, documents,
